- What types of properties do you service? Residential & Commercial incl. Homes, rentals, for sale, Churches, REO, small businesses, small apartment/condo complexes, and property managed homes.
- Do I Have To Be Present At Time Of Service? No. We'd love to meet you but you do not have to be present. Please confirm payment, price, and requests at least 48hrs. in advance.
- How Will I Know When You Are Coming? You'll receive a text message reminder of your upcoming appointment & pictures of completed work. (ETA windows can be provided for residential customers but not exact times).
- Who is Performing the Service? Joi & David, Owner/Operator
- Can You Mow My Lawn Every Friday? Trust us! No matter what day we mow your lawn, it will look great all week long. But if you have a special occasion we'll try to accommodate you if our schedule permits.
- What Type of Equipment Do You Use? Our professional regularly maintained tools are made by Stihl, Toro, and Honda.
- When Is Payment Due? Payment is due before or at time of service. 1st time customers must confirm payment arrangements before service is rendered. Vacant properties or out of town payers must provide payment upfront, no exceptions (in-progress & completed pictures will be sent). Commercial payments are due according to the agreed upon Net due date.
- Payments Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal (add 3% for PayPal) & Checks. We reserve the right not to accept checks. Customer responsible for all NSF fees incurred. Coming Soon: online payments powered by Stripe directly from our website & your invoice generated by YardBook (lawn care software).
- Are You a Pet Friendly Service? Absolutely! We love dogs but please thoroughly Pooper Scoop. It's REQUIRED! Believe it or not feces can fly/project upwards onto the person operating the string trimmer, or someone nearby, & embed itself onto mower blades, shoes, clothes, & equipment and the smell lingers w/o access to your water hose. If you forget, please inform us beforehand. Habitual offenders will be skipped and if needed, service will be discontinued.
- What If I Need to Cancel or Skip Service? Please notify us asap or within 48hrs so we can attempt to fill the vacancy.
- What COVID-19 Precautions Do You Take? We are fully vaccinated & boosted, wear masks, practice social distancing, wash and sanitize our hands & equipment regularly. If you feel ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 please do not approach & kindly wear a mask if you must venture outdoors.
